This apartment renovation and fit-out project transformed the interior into a modern, sophisticated, and functional living environment. The design combines clean architectural lines with warm wood tones, neutral surfaces, integrated storage, contemporary lighting, and carefully coordinated furniture.

The apartment includes an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, contemporary bathrooms, bedrooms, and streamlined circulation spaces. The overall design language is consistent throughout the apartment, creating a calm and cohesive residential interior.

  • Kitchen Storage & Joinery – Provided built-in storage, open shelving, and practical cabinetry to maximize functionality and organization.
  • Kitchen Finishes & Fixtures – Installed tiled backsplash, modern sink, contemporary faucet fittings, and coordinated kitchen hardware.
  • Open-Plan Living & Dining – Planned and integrated the living and dining areas to create a cohesive, functional open-plan space.
  • TV Wall & Feature Elements – Developed a contemporary TV wall with architectural detailing, curved elements, and integrated storage.
  • Furniture & Interior Finishes – Coordinated dining furniture, neutral-toned furnishings, wall finishes, ceiling treatments, and decorative elements.
  • Bathroom Renovation – Completed modern bathroom finishes including wall and floor tiling, contemporary sanitaryware, and coordinated fixtures.
  • Shower & Vanity Areas – Installed glass shower enclosures, modern vanity units, illuminated mirrors, and contemporary bathroom fittings.
  • Master Bathroom Fit-Out – Developed the master bathroom with a combination of bathtub and shower facilities, modern tiling, vanity, and contrasting hardware.
  • Interior Joinery & Lighting – Executed built-in cabinetry, shelving, wooden internal doors, recessed lighting, and integrated architectural details throughout the apartment.

  • The design solution focused on a warm contemporary aesthetic built around neutral colours, natural-looking wood tones, clean cabinetry, and subtle architectural detailing.
  • The open-plan kitchen and dining area were designed as an integrated social space, while the living room uses a dedicated TV wall and curved architectural elements to create a stronger focal point.
  • Integrating the new swimming pool with the existing property
  • The kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and corridors needed to share a common material and colour palette so that the apartment would feel like one unified design.
  • The extensive use of light walls and contemporary finishes was balanced with wood-effect cabinetry, warm lighting, soft furnishings, and rounded forms.
